Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Certain items such as gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Online Orders
    • Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
    • Choose your preferred return method: Ship Back or In-Store Drop Off.
    • Follow the instructions provided to generate a return label (if applicable).
  2. In-Store Returns
    • Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) to any of our physical store locations.
    • Our store associates will process your return immediately.

Return Shipping

  • All returns are free of charge.
  • For online returns, a prepaid return label will be provided.
  • Items returned via shipping should be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If you used a gift card or promotional credit, refunds will be applied to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the promotion terms.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or color are available for eligible items.
  • If your desired replacement item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure a replacement is sent at no additional cost.
